Submit your request using the form. Include date, times, setup, and equipment needs.

Approval and payment. You will receive a confirmation from our Facilities Team. Payment may be required to finalize your reservation.
Note: Mike James manages all facility scheduling. Jessica Johnson assists with bookings and intake.
AVAILABLE SPACES
Aldersgate provides a variety of flexible spaces to support your ministry, event, or gathering. Whether you’re hosting a large celebration or a small group meeting, you’ll find a room that fits your needs.
SANCTUARY
Capacity: 300 max
Uses: Worship services, concerts, ceremonies
Notes: No food or drink in seating area. AV by request.
FELLOWSHIP HALL
Capacity: varies by seating request and layout
Uses: Receptions, meals, large meetings
Layouts: Banquet, classroom, theater
Notes: Kitchen adjacency. Cleaning standards apply.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Options: Contact us for your requirements.
Notes: Weather plan and power access required.
CLASSROOMS
Capacity: varies per room
Uses: Small groups, classes, meetings
Notes: Tables and chairs.
DISCIPLE CENTER
Capacity: 100, varies by event type and layout
Uses: Multi-Purpose, Recreation, large group activities
Notes: Kitchen availability and adjacency. Cleaning standards apply.
KITCHEN
Access: By approval
Notes: Kitchen catering only, no cooking allowed.

Rates and Policies

Church and ministry use follows internal approval.

Community and sponsored events require an AUMC member or recognized ministry sponsor.

Payment is required to finalize booking.

Cleaning and damage may require a non-refundable deposit.

Setup and teardown must be returned to the posted room standard.

Security and building access are coordinated through Facilities.

AV and tech must be requested in advance and may require an operator.

Food service is only allowed in approved areas.

Capacities and fire code are enforced.

How soon should I submit a request?
As early as possible. Approval depends on availability, event type, and accepted payment.
What if my headcount changes?
Contact Facilities as soon as possible. Room assignments depend on capacity limits.
Is payment required?
Some rentals require payment to finalize a reservation.
What about cleaning?
Follow the post-event checklist. Deposits are refundable when standards are met at our discretion.
Do I need a sponsor?
Non-members and third-party groups require a church member, hired sponsor, or recognized ministry sponsor.
