Pastoral Support: Our pastors will help you plan Scripture readings, prayers, reflections, and the flow of the service.

Facilities Coordination: All scheduling and room use, including sanctuary and reception spaces, are coordinated through our Facility Manager to ensure availability and proper setup.

Music & Media: Music and media support (for slideshows, songs, or special elements) may be available upon request, with coordination through pastoral leadership and staff. Families will provide their own media; our team will assist with integration as available. Please note the A/V needs on your Facility Use Request.

WEDDINGS
Celebrating Love Rooted in Faith
Marriage is one of life’s greatest gifts, a covenant grounded in love and centered in God. Aldersgate United Methodist Church is honored to host weddings for members and their families, as well as others seeking a Christian setting for their ceremony.

Our pastors and staff will guide you through the planning process, from scheduling the ceremony and preparing for premarital counseling to coordinating music and facilities.

Scheduling & Reservations: Wedding dates and facility use must be coordinated through our Facility Manager, who will confirm availability and walk you through required forms and next steps.

Pastoral Support: Premarital sessions with an Aldersgate pastor are required for all couples preparing to be married in our church.

Music & Facilities: The pastoral staff and Facility Manager help coordinate ceremony music, musicians, and technical needs. Families may request outside musicians with prior approval.
